This workshop is ideal for anyone responsible for facilitating groups or who aspires to facilitate groups, in either personal or professional settings. This half-day course will teach you how to:

Create standardized, customized meeting agendas and ground rules.

Perform relevant and necessary tasks before, during, and after meetings.

Establish trust and credibility, reduce resistance to facilitation and leadership, and maintain a pleasant and productive environment.

Ensure 100% participation and resolve conflict in group settings.

Move groups toward decisions and inspire creativity in groups.
Bob Applegate is a proven leader and successful facilitator using many of the techniques for business success that he gained during a 20-year career as controller, project manager, and team leader.
Bob has been coaching and training others into leadership and facilitation roles for more than a decade. He is also available for group facilitation and one-on-one coaching.
